What?? You dont know what an eagle scout is? It is the highest rank you can reach in the boys scouts. If you make eagle it will help you a lot in life. Just being able to put in on your resume sets you higher than other applications. I feel every boy should at least try scouting.

What have I been doing... Well no pictures nothing noticeable.
The driver rear looked like once upon a time, he backed into something, so, a few beats with the slide hammer and it mostly came out, then, air hammer to get it roughed, then body hammers to smooth. I ended up just buying new side steps from Walcks instead of doing 1" bar and plate to make rocker guards
Chuck-if you read this I'll need to email you regarding the cage and rocker guards.
But for the sidesteps, I gas welded the flanges right to the side, looks very clean, much better than a MIG. Wire wheeled, re bondo some waves, it'll look perfect. I'm getting pretty good at the gas welding if I do say so myself.
The floors had some crests and buldges. They're now gone and filled. Hat channels look crappy but they'll get by.
I have a little more bondo, some sanding, mock it up, and it's ready to be painted. One of the locals will paint it for 300, I just gotta prep, he'll spray in a booth.
    I'm rambling now
I'll use carrage bolts to hold the body on, much better than captured nuts
Speaking of captured nuts, whatcha do when you get this in your center hump?
You run to ACE and pick up new square nuts...
Come home and heat up flanges with torch
    [IMG]
    Bend out and drop nut
    [IMG]
Crimp new nut back in and Viola! Fissed!
I'm hauling a*s to get this thing painted before I start school on the 12th, dangit!

So it is an easy guess... My buddy said it was a bombshell? I guess if you squint...
But it's glass pack and he'll put a spark arrester in for insurance.

anything is possible if you build it the right way. I'm 6'3" and i fit fine in mine. The secret?: wheelhouse notch (a big one), sahara YJ seats, YJ tilt column.

That reminds me Sammy i still owe you some pics of my saginaw setup... will try to take some this weekend.

Even with out a wheel house notch I was fitting in my tub comfortable. And I'm running stock seats

Thanks Andy! Spacificaly of the routing of the linkages since the box is attached.

Oh yeah and the exhaust man does custom fabrication, so he said he's going to get the right pitman arm and lengthen my drag link to actually work.
Man last night this thread had 6330 views, and 6435 today

:thumbsup!!: I just ordered my bed liner from Southern Polyurethanes. The samples looked amazing, and very very nice. Nicest people I've dealt with. Well, next to Jason (nepco) when I called him for parts and he was in a rush R) None the less, sales man did his souns Int. Scout's inside with it and loves it, hasn't chipped, cleans nice. He lined his JD Gator and only chipped it when he was throwing concrete blocks 10 feet into it. I'll let you guys know how it goes, I plan on tinting it MF grey
