if I start a thread to go , it has to be guys that know how to wheel rocks .lockers ,winch ,good tires and time to take it slow .and not be bummed out if they get a dent or ding.last time a went I brought my usual bronco buddy and a clean Tacoma ,,,wellit's not clean anymore ,,,,and I was too stressed out about getting him through to really enjoy myself. he was less than 1/2 day into the trail and he was crying to get out ,

My absolute favorite area to wheel. We ran Dusy in 3 1/2 days. It was a blast. True what Steve said, expect damage. My Dad beat the crap out of his Cherokee, 31" tires and open diffs, but still made it. I have run all the trails down there except Swamp. The trails near Red Mountain are a blast. If this works out I will definitely be there!

Oh yeah, back on track. Your rig is looking great Steve. I'll stop hijacking and start something in trail rides/events forum.

Ahah, didn't want to make competition, but i can say i'm impress you got that amount travel and it will work fine on the trail.

And give me one or two year and i'll finish my 5 to 6 conversion i'm planning on now :). I'm sure you jeep work better than mine with the extra Wb you got.

If you tought you lose power, put some Oem tire on it, you'll find that you lost more than you think, i drove mine one week during the time i was changing my 35's to 36"s tsl.

Put a whoopin' on it Steve. Then you'll know you're ready for the Rubicon. I've been working on installing the Ox case all afternoon. I think I'll have it tomorrow. Lots of little stuff to take care of once I get the case dialed in. Probably won't have the spool to you in time to set it up for the Rubicon trip. I'm running the trail the weekend after this coming one, but I doubt I'll have the new rearend in, but maybe.

Sorry Alan , busy week killing my latest work project a 6150 sq ft house . 122 yards footings 130 on top
Sway worked great!!! I flat tow and it tracks 100% better than the old rig . super stable with it being longer not wider

only got a few pics and vid too much fun was had . Broncos were breaking left and right though. this was on John Bull. we had no trail traffic . a susuki behind us (not with us ) broke pretty much everything right after I went up. he broke the trans the t-case and an axle all at the same time . spectacular breakage !!!
some of you fb people have already seen these ..........

we had plans on hitting Mottino wash but it was over 90 in the mountians and that trail is in a super hot cyn would have been over 105*
