Has anyone ordered from these guys recently? I tried to order last Friday. I called the 888 number and it rang to a Dish network company. I called the local number and it went to a mailbox that says is full. Tried today and it just keeps ringing. I could do an internet order, but would still need to talk to someone to verify O.D. of the slip matching I.D. of the V6 shaft.

I finally got someone on the phone this afternoon. I'm not sure if I feel comfortable sending these guys money. Apparently the web site is an old site, they haven't updated it in years. Has anyone bought something from these guys in the last couple months? I didn't get a warm/fuzzy.

We've had Tom Woods do lots of work over the years with few issues and those few were handled quickly.

I was talking about the Driveshaft Superstore - didn't feel comfortable after I got off the phone with them.

Just got off the phone with Tom Woods. New driveshaft should be here this weekend. Thanks for all the advice.

Is there a difference between the factory M38a1 shackle reversal and the after market version? I Just had a standard driveline made from Drivelines Nw. I haven't had any problems and I've done some serious Wheeling since the installation.:?

I have very soft late CJ aftermarket springs with slightly longer than stock shackles. The axle travel is crazy. I'm almost 5" of travel just in the fwd/aft direction. Haven't measured up/down yet, but I have tire marks pretty high on the inner fenders.

I am wondering the same thing. Might find out after the Willys picnic, if no one can tell us sooner.

The M38A1 did come with a longer slip yoke. About 4 1/2" of travel vs. the standard 3" travel yoke. Usually the length of the shackles dictate how much travel there is.
