    If the Pertronix is bad, it won't even try to start. I'd pull the plugs and see what they look like. Maybe it's flooded.

    That's the problem. Not even a sputter of life. I talked to a guy at Pertronic this afternoon and he said to send it in.

    Quick update. Pertronix found the Ignitor had a bad power transistor and they replaced the unit. Before I put it back together, I'll go get a new 3.0 ohm coil, just to make sure. Installation awaits! :)

    The wait is no longer. Runs like it used to, although the way it used to is still too rich. But still, it's better than not running...
