cj6 half cab??

i dont know if this is the right place for this question (lemme know if it needs to be moved), but:

how much would a half cab from a cj6 go for, complete with doors and most glass??

 

You looking ot buy or sell? I'd certainly give a few hundred bucks for a good one. Without some glass or missing parts, much less.

It's the same half cab that goes on the CJ-5, except for a couple of extra panels that fill in the space where the rear wheelwells would be in the CJ-5.

 

I had 2 of 'em that came with Hatari. One in really nice condition with the doors, etc. and another that was missing the glass in the top, but had complete doors. Both had the rare bulkhead pieces for the CJ-6, etc.

Price is whatever the local market supports. I wound up selling bothof mine for $50 on eBay to a guy locally because shipping was gonna be so much to get them anywhere else. Up in Montana, Minnesota, New England, etc. they fetch a pretty good price. I was seeing them for $400 or more. However, down here in So. Cal they were barely worth their weight in scrap.

 

I have bought many Meyers and Orville top parts from around the country including complete doors and side panels. DHL was pretty reasonable with the shipping. The exterior door latches, interior latches and many other parts(except sheet metal) are still available new.
