Repairing the damage from the pinto engine

This is what it looked like before, the very top piece was part of the gas pedal
assembly and the rest was just sheet-metal bent to fit in an effort to keep the smoke from commenting straight through. I purchased the replacement transmission cover from Krages For $20. It was a little rusty and pited. I later found out that Willys works had several in much better condition. Live and learn
