    is it just the rod and no ends from AA. was it like $39 plus shipping?

    Could be - it's been a few years... :rofl:

    AA has the tie rod ends, but they wanted *way* more for them than the normal Jeep suppliers, the AA guy even told me they are just standard Jeep tie rod ends.

    Yes, but for $30 for the both of them I'd just go new, unless you've replaced them recently.
