Love the shiny new V6 emblem. I know I've seen them but don't remember the vendor. Where did you get them?

Sometimes when things like this seem pricey, I think through all that I would have to do to reproduce one of similar quality myself...then they seem pretty reasonable.

I did order a pair of these recently, they are quite nice.

I concur. Have you priced re-chroming even small parts recently, especially one made of white metal that needs pitting repaired? Parts Dude's are reletively a bargain. I'll be ordering the V6 emblems in the future.

Started working on the worse of the 2 fenders. Using a donor fender for some pc's. There was no rust on these fenders when I got them but the po kinda hacked them up a bit trying to repair

After sandblasting the donor pc it was too pitted for me so I just made my own pc

These fenders are weird lol. No rust on them when I got them but a lot of metal fatigue on them. Like welding tissue paper in spots. Getting there tho

The p.o. put this rod all around both fenders for support I guess, to me it's a rust trap so off it comes

Seatbelts came today. The color frost was a perfect match to original seat color

    One fender block sanded.

Sanded thru some spots and did some filling, then used this to cover areas, nice stuff

Other fender with guide coat. I put it on heavy cuz when I did the tub I missed some pitting
