    Jeep Air..
    Heat and AC... simple one unit install... and I dont need to cut a cowl vent in the tub.

    Do you take the stock heater box out with that? What about defrost?

    yes.. its an all inclusive unit..
    defrost is achieved using plenum and stock holes in windshield frame..

    hopefully ill start working on the tub in the next couple weeks..

    prob still a way off before its installed....
    but the comp is mounted :)

    have to design a tub lifting rig...

    Im thinking some 2x4 and a single eyelet...
    going to have to find the COG for a CJ6...

    Got some misc work done on the frame today..
    Started the running the rear brake lines...
    76-86 SS flex lines do not work with the 73 pre bent SS lines..
    Need some adapters... :shock:


    Motor frame mounts positioned.. and of course 72-75 Jeeps require some "drilling modification"


    New lower shock studs made.. better alignment with the top studs.

    Anybody have a picture of the stock 3 piece crossmember.... Forgot what the puzzle piece looked like..

    Well just the crossmember...

    mine was in three pieces cross bar and 2 braces.. Deff 100 percent stock

    crossmember mounted tonight... seems there are 2 stock positions so its just finger tight for the moment..
    yay fastenall for all new flange bolts and nuts.

    Odd question....


    Anybody mount a fiberglass tub or repli tub without scribe marks?
    I was just thinking what would I have to reference that the tub is in the correct position...?


    I haven't actually mocked the tub on the frame yet.. So if there is an 'ah ah' factor here I apologize..
