Firewall is not scribed or marked.. blank canvas as far as in concerned..
will need to measure twice and cut once... dont want to have to deal with repairing holes in aluminum.

Nice! Can't wait to see it come together. Are you going to go back to the green color? A little off topic but is that a "Super Jeep" hood in the back ground of your axle pic?

Let me get this straight, your building a very nice CJ6, and behind that in your work space is a nice shiney dauntless CJ5, some of us may be filled with inadequacies via Jeep envy.....

Thanks... Go big or go home right..

I don't know if culmination is the correct word...
but I'm building this jeep as a testament to all the things I have learned and f'ed up over the almost 2 decades I have been playing with jeeps.
Just trying to build a solid, bulletproof, proven and tested cool Jeep....

Very nice build! Quality parts. Mine will get an ARB in the rear as soon as I can source some offset 30 spline shafts for a good price.

Started dressing the engine this weekend...

    and after about 3-4 hrs....

still haven't decided on valve covers..
need to build oil pump and test for pressure...
figuring out acc. brackets and pulleys might be interesting as well.. have a box of parts and bolts that need to be sorted out.
There was some guesswork on the oil pan and pickup tube..
seemed a bit loose in the threads and I need a much better in. torque wrench for the pan bolts..
I might be pulling and re sealing this week...
