mine was junk too so i used a 84 fiero rad,one flex hose for top two 1/4 inch bolts drilled thru top fan shroud to hold it in place works great...
its out of a 84 dont know engine size but i think 2.8 i drilled three holes thru top lip of shroud and used 1/4 bolts on top 2 strips of innertube...
i seem to have found a cheap way to plumb a fiero rad to the dauntless.take the original 1 5/16th hoses cut them flush with rad pipes end oil well...
