Wilwood Hydraulic Clutch Setup For Thru Floor Pedals

    Here are the pics I took of a project that had this set up. It was on a 1971 CJ-5 with 225/t18/d18 engine-driveline. Also, this had stock exhaust manifolds and exhaust routing. I have fenderwall headers that will probably cause issues with the mounting of the master cylinder, when the time comes.

    Pic#1 and 2 show the "master cylinder" linked to the clutch pedal.

    Pic#3 is the hydraulic line going to the slave cylinder.

    Pic#4 and 5 show the pull-type slave cylinder, and how they bracketed it. Note the thickness of the brackets. Even they were flexing a little, when the clutch pedal was pushed.

    Pic#6 and 7 are looking at the slave cylinder, from below, showing the hydraulic connection and brackets used.

    Pic#8 is showing the cable off of the slave to the pivot on the bellhousing.
