I think the 2A is a 47, not sure about the 3A. Located in southern PA. Both have titles, neither run (3A engine is tight, 2A comes with a generator engine because the one in it is locked up), neither come with any plowing equipment on there now. The 3A has a PTO and some bondo by the gas filler, maybe a different gas tank?

Hard to tell from the pics and without crawling around them first hand. Looks like typical PA rust issues and the dash is hacked on the 2A. I doubt I'd go more than 500 on either one and, that's mostly just for the title. Lotta work to restore. Not a lot of special/sought after parts. Maybe the hard tops but they can be a hassle to sell. Just my .02.

Oh, PTO is good stuff if it comes with it. Missed that the first time through.

    PM sent.

That's what I was thinking and that is about what I would pay for them. I do not know much about Willys as I have been looking for an early CJ5 for some time. I stumbled across these and thought I would look into it.

How current are the titles and are they in YOUR name?* What do the hat channels and floors look like from below? I would expect to see a LOT of rust on anything from Pa. But if the bodies are pretty rust free, they'd bring a good price here in Florida. Engines can be fixed or replaced easily but rusty bodies are hopeless. But without a GOOD transferable title, they're only good for parts. $1000 MAX if it has a very solid body. If both non-transferable title and rusty, $100 MAX and I'd only buy it to get the PTO parts. But if you're lucky and they have transferable titles and solid bodies then they'd be worth $1500 to $2000 or more.

*If the title is not in your name and YOU want to resell these then you NEED to retitle these in YOUR name. A third party title is useless in this state. Other states have their own rules but a LOT of states are getting tough to deal with if there's anything even a bit odd about a title.

Not sure about the titles; how current they are or if they are transferable. Thanks for the info on the titles. I didn't know titles needed to be "current" or transferable. I just thought a title was a title.

Buy them both, and part whichever one you don't want out...LOTS of good stuff on these. I'd love to have the wheels/tires off the blue one.

Depends on the state. Laws vary. Some states are very easy and some states are almost impossible to get a lost title.

Located in Airville PA. Seller wants $1600 a piece. He doesn't need the space or the money so he is not budging on the price.
