Cj5 V-6 Original Muffler

    Would like to know what is the exact size of original equipt. cj5 v6 single muffler. I,ll be running a y pipe to this muffler and wanted to see what the physical size will be. Round,oval, square, and pipe size I will be fitting a quiet muffler as orig.. I don,t need to hear it! thanks

    grannyscj Headed to the Yukon

    Original muffler came off a long intermediate pipe and was located between the rear frame rails. It was oval and is still sold by Walker. If you are coming off the Y, you may want to look for something different.
