Tire carrier - what's it off of?

I picked up a body mount spare tire carrier this summer, and it isn't going to work for what I need. But before I post it in the classifieds - I wanted to see if anyone has any information on it. It's a Whitco rack - but doesn't look like the CJ5 ones that I've seen. It's not as long as the back, but just clears the tailgate on both sides.

 

78 and later CJ5-CJ7 according to my book.

From the factory parts manual.
It should be noted this is an add on accessory item, sold over the counter only.
This would not have been factory installed at any time.
It would only be dealer/customer installed.
