Rampage Rock Rage Bumpers/tire carrier

    Does anyone have any experience with the Rampage Rock Rage bumpers with the swing out carriers? Summit #76651 I see they fit a 76-83. Any chance they would work on a 67? Surely there can't be too much of a difference in the mounting...
    I'm trying to figure out my plan of attack for a bumper. I've looked at Cross Enterprises and they aren't cheap. I definitely want to move my tire carrier to a bumper swing mount on the rear since I'm rebuilding everything right now.

    i think the mounting points are different on the 76+ models. you might be able drill new holes in the bumper to mount it. i remember reading a couple old threads about mounting a 76+ bumper to an early.

    You might check out "thedirtworx" on ebay, he makes bumper/tire carriers for early cj's, the look very sturdy & well made. They are in the $300-400 range i think, I haven't looked in while.
