v6 swap

    i have 2 1966 cj5's one with a i4 and one with a v6 the one with a i4 has a great body but i want the v6.what would be easier swapping bodies or swapping drivetrains. as far as swapping bodies goes i call a bunch of guys from my jeep club provide pizza/beer we lift off old body swap on new body

    Swapping bodies would be way easier. Especially if you have some strong easily convinced buddies.

    You dont even need your buddies------just remove the front group, windshield, seats and anything else that will unbolt. Then using a couple of sawhorses behind the Jeep, you can work the body off single handed.

    Been there, done that.
