Please don't take this wrong...I'm not trying to be condescending or belittling, but, do you know how to read schematics? I ask because in the last two wiring questions you asked I posted a direct link to the Jeep wiring schematic to help you out. Here is the direct link to the wiring schematic for you to view and save... http://oljeep.com/gw/74_tsm/22-7-CJWiringDiagram.pdf

In the schematic (a PDF file) you can blow it up to view it better. You'll see that the wiper motor has three wires coming off of it, follow the lines to the switch and it tells you what each of them does...black=park, green=low, red=high. The wiper motor itself is grounded against the windshield frame.

Assuming the motor is OFF of the Jeep, take the motor and ground it (or run a wire to it from your negative side of the battery), then take a 12v positive source and plug into the green, you should hear the motor turn on. Bench testing complete.

Assuming the motor and switch is OFF of the Jeep, to test the switch, once you plug your motor to the switch, ground the motor, and turn the switch to "low", you can put your 12v positive to the "B" terminal (check the schematic) and hear the motor turn.

I hope this works for you. Sorry if this was offending.
