So I'm restoring a 63 CJ-6. I acquired a Meyers Half cab a while back. I can't decide if I should drill the body for mounting the hard top now before I pain the body or waiting until it's done and do the mounting work later. Any thoughts or input would be appreciated.

I would drill now. Simply because now you can fix any mistakes fairly easily and where you drilled will have paint in it protecting it.

Take it from someone who has learned the hard way, drill first paint second.
