while restoring my 69 cj6 with 29,000 orig miles I found out that you can't get a brake master cylinder. was told a 72 wagoneer would fit with modifications . You replace the plunger with your old one and replace the plunger stop with 3/8 flat washer with a slot cut to slide over the plunger. You replace the brake line flare nuts to fit new cylinder. You grind off the lip of the cover to fit in between the frame and mater cylinder.

You can't? This the under the floor one or the one hung on the fire wall?

If the under the floor one, NAPA should still have them. I researched Napa on line for all the numbers when I replaced the under the floor one in my '60, two years ago.

A '69 which the op posted has a dual reservoir mc which a '60 does not have. The single reservoir is readily available as they also used them in flattys, wagons, and pickups. To add to the issue there are two different under floor dual reservoir mc used in early cj's. Firewall mounted didn't come out until '72.

Might also try Hermtheoverdriveguy.com if you don't have luck finding one

Could always replace it with a Wilwood (sp).

Unless you are going for complete restore or Concours, this would probably be the way to go.
If you don't need original stuff that is.

Might also check with Herm the overdrive guy, on the off chance he carries something.

if you search the forum for "master cylinder" you should find a old thread titled something like what master cylinderbrands are better. there is a list a few posts down that that have several brands and part numbers for the duel masters.
