Jeep vs Scout Dana 27

    were the dana 27 front ends the same between the scouts and the cj5's? i know some scouts had the powerlock 27 front ends and there may have been differing ratios between the two. otherwise can a scout 27 front end be used under a cj5?

    IIRC the scout 27 was quite a bit wider than the cj 27. I have a 63 scout 27 front and sould measure the wms to wms if needed.

    Thats what I'd be interested in. If you could measure from knuckle center hole to knuckle center hole on the scout 27 I'd really appreciate it - if its not too much of a hassle. Thanks.
