need pics for junkyard search

    does anyone have pics of the 420 and 465 gearboxes. I have a few small ones, but I am trying to find out how to positivelty identify either of them if I find one in the salvage yards. Thanks

    Try using google and put in SM420. It will pull up many dozens of websites, with tons of good info. When you get one, post a pic. We like pictures.

    I just bought a digital camera a week ago. When I figure it out, (by that I mean when my wife reads the manual and tells me what I need to know) I will post pics of my jeep.
