Well that day is here and I'm gonna get busy. I will update everyday that I work on it. It's been over 100 degrees here for over 50 days so I installed an a/c unit in the garage along with a fridge. no excuses now, 75 degree shop, ice tea while working and cold beer for dreaming, ahhh!

Got a lot of work ahead of ya! And it looks to me like you have a '55 speedometer, any chance that's really a '55 CJ5? Maybe a really early '56 that got a leftover '55 speedo.

The title says 56, and from what I've read, most 56's were built in 55 so who knows. I have the last yj ever built and it has tj parts on it as well as paint. It's titled as a 95 but was built late august 95, Chryslers usual 96 model build month.
