Hey all - I've got some nice 33's on my 65 CJ5 (put on by PO), but when cutting the wheel, they rub (a lot)... any ideas for some kinda spacers or something? Like the look of the big wheels, but...

Or adjust the steering stops. Doesn't help you turn any sharper but keeps you from rubbing.

Wheel spacers are fine but it is just about the last place I would go cheap.

I had 35 12.50 BFG's on my A1 with Eaton 15x10 that I had made minimum backspacing (3.5") and one of the tires rubbed on the spring. I thing a set of these and 33's and you should have no problem. They are $59 each with 3.75" bs and cost you an additional $20 for the .25". But spacers need to be replaced something like every 2 years? This seems cost prohibitive IMO. The only spacer I have is on my spare tire carrier now! I switched to 33 10.50 BFG's on 15x8 Eatons with the 3.75 bs and have no issues now.
