I have a PS box from the J20 truck. One of the big ones. I looked for a long time to find this one. I don't want to screw it up. First a few picts. I could not find much infomration on these so if someone wants some infomration from it, let me konw and I'll get it. Here are a few picts...

Picts of them side by side. Smaller one is from a waggie.

Not O rings but flair lines. Boo.

To be honest, other than the measurment across the end, I see no difference on a side by side comparison.

    ON to the questions:
I got this from a dude and I don't konw the history. He did not run it but said he believed it to be good. It was quite clean but I tossed it in the parts washer and cleaned up the outside. I was careful to not get any crap in the line in and line out holes. But I want to flush out the box before I put it on. Is there anyway I can do this? What if I filled up the pump, ran some lines and ran it with a drill motor?

What about installing a PS fluid filter to get any crap out when I install it? Or using a PS fluid cooler?

How do I plumb in a hydroboost system? Can I just run it in series or does it need a seperate supply line? Or do I need a seperate pump? A diagram would be great.

Basically, given your great knowledge of all things Jeep, what would be the best way to move forward?
