03-01-09 Arrived home, from north Georgia. Got caught in a snowstorm north of Charlotte and received a good coating of snow/ice melt chemicals.

Fast forward to June, 2011. Finally going to get it in the shop for teardown.

Tub is decent - just needs new floors.

Using the CJ2A Newgren hydraulic 3 point lift to remove the tub.
My goal is to have it done by the end of November, looking like this:

looks like a fun project. It already has the fire bell. Is that mounted on the hitch?

No, the bell is in the landscaping. The angle of the photo shot does make it look like it is mounted to the Jeep, though.

Paint everything olive drab, add some white stars and other markings - would satisfy a youngin'. Then it would be easy to go back original with new paint.

Mine was originally red. I have no ideal when the green was applied, but it was quite a while ago.
