vented gas cap

    Do you use a vented or unvented gas cap?

    Most use a vented cap. Some close off the vent in the cap to keep fuel from leaking onto the side of the Jeep and possibly onto the exhaust and run another vent. You have to have some sort of vent to keep a vacuum from forming in the tank and starving the engine for fuel.
