Junk yard dipstick ijnstallation

    Got a dipstick and tube from the junk yard yesterday. I don't know what vehicle it came from but is much longer than I need for my 225 v6. Has anyone ever modded one of these for their engine?

    Yep, but I used the cable from a speedometer for my dipstick.. I just brazed on a couple of dots for high and low.. They are nice and flexible but rigid enough to get the job done..
