    these are 11" drums
i know the one with the big hole is but it looks like the
    hub goes on the outside
is this the only option for tapered axle,
    i know when
i had nine " i was able to put drum over the hub.
is the smaller for floating axle.

Hard to see on my I phone but the drum on the left looks like the center hole is smaller, I.e.
Too small to fit the hub. If it is too small then you have the wrong drum. Where did you get them?

    On the inside ,
where was able slide the drum off with leaving hub on axle

The bendix fit on the outside. The older Lockheed style fit in the back (cam style adjusters, non self adjusting)

the ones on the left look like the 2wd ford truck drums that flaps ordered by mistake , when I went to 11" brakes on mine.

Those drums look just like the ones I just pulled off a 2wd dj5 postal jeep
they matched right up for my 3b
the drum with bigger hole slides right over the hub
I know I have to re-drill 2 holes on each back plate but other than that they will fit
