Need you advice before I buy something off Ebay

    Guys, I am looking for Saginaw Power box for my CJ. I have found this one online and it has some broken bolts stuck in it. I think they are just mounting bolts and it wont matter, but wanted your opinion. Here is a pic:

    the mounting bolts arent as important as the mounting holes, if they didnt come out for them they may not come out for you, I would look a little more.

    A used steering gear is a gamble anyway. Then factor in removing the broken bolts. Of course they can be removed, but it may take a little work. Then if the box is worn out/ leaks it would be wasted time and money. It'd make a good core. If it could be had for 10 or 15 bucks then it would be worth it for a core.

    Dude, I have 3 in the garage. They are susposed to be in good shape and work. Standard FSJ boxes. Let me know if you want one and we can work out a deal......
