jeep hardtop - bonanza?

    I just picked up a jeep cj5 hardtop. It is a kelly top and says Bonanza in chrome on the side of each door.

    Anyone ever heard of a Bonanza top by Kelly?

    It has the wood grain applique on the sides. Doors are sort of squared off and do not follow the cj5 contour.

    i had one of them and could not find any info on it, but that was a few years ago. that woodgrain is a PIA to remove :(

    George, was this top advertised in the local Trading Post? I have seem a 55-75 Bonanza top advertised in it for the past few months.

    I don't know if it was in the trading post or not. I did some horse trading for the top. I'd guess that this guy did not advertise the top for sale.

    It is totally disassembled, and from what I can see the only missing parts are one lower hinge on the door and part of the liner that covered the inside of the top in the rear.

    This top came out of Kentucky.

    I haven't bought an issue of the trading post for six months or so...
