Does anyone know of a good way to coat the inside of the boxed frame on a 78 cj5? I want to paint the outside of mine with either Eastwood rust encapsulator or POR-15 but I am afraid of it rusting from the inside out if I can't coat the inside well.

Internal Frame Coat from Eastwood. Works great, I used 3 cans on my CJ-5.

I looked at this product on Eastwood's website. It's exactly what I'm looking for. The quality looks good but it is a little pricey. But I'd rather spend the money and now it was protected.

How many coats did you put on? I was thinking of doing two. I know it might be overkill but I'd feel better about it.

drain oil or 90 weight and 2 lbs canning wax heated till wax melts spray with an sandblaster nozzle and a hose lasts one day longer than dirt.... id use an electric hotplate to avoid the possible fire and resulting carnage...
