Drill and tap the Head?

I was wondering if there was a location on the right side of the block or head where I could safely drill and tap some 1/4 or 3/8 holes to mount to. Manifold studs are to low and I hesitate to use a head bolt.

    Thanks,
    Ken

Sorry that is a big oversight on my part!

1961 134 F Head and I want an additional top support for my turbocharger.

I have a belt driven plow pump mounted on a bracket under the first two head bolts on the exhaust side. No room on the other side with a Delco alt and the oil filter. Why not the head bolts? Add a plate under them and attach to that. Much easier than plugging leaks.................
