Found an F-head

    Well miracles do happen. I found a engine here in Alaska for my project. Was surfing a 4X4 website for an AK company and read thru the classifieds and low and behold Willy's engine for sale. I have to go that direction next week for ASE tests for work so I'll pick it up then. Have to drive 300 miles for the closest test center for the ASE's. But get my McDonalds/ Burger King/ Taco Bell fix while I'm at it.
    So I just might have this thing running by next spring. If I can get heat into my garage I'll really be set.
    Working on the aluminum wheels right now cleaning them up and painting the fins, then mount my 31's on it and It'll look GOOD in the garage, gives the wifey less to complain about.......

    Thats sound really funny :) , in the lower 48 we take that for granted but I guess they are far and few between that far north.

    Yep, Hamburger or horsemeat or kanagaroo. Moose to valuable and expensive for that.

    That's how I explain how big AK is to "southerners" is. "Well it's a 6 hour drive to the 1st McDonalds."
