    clean it heat it braze the crack smear jb weld over everything freeze plugs too and run it . Home Depot sells giant tubes of jb weld big enough to cover a whole oil pan.....

    You can try some stuff called Belzona. It is supposed to be some good stuff. Heard of it used on tug boat engines in and around the shipyards.
