I have a 65 cj5 with 78 front axle and 79 rear all original mounts were buzzed off when installing new axles. What would be the best way to add front and rear sway bar and should I add both? thanks.

There is no need IMHO. Unless you are running a super pliable YJ suspension there is not much need for a swaybar in a leafsprung Jeep.
