On a Dana 18 transfer case, the side mount that mounted to the frame.

What type and size bolt & nut goes here? Mine is missing.

Does it have a rubber mount or is it just a bolt & nut?

Just a bolt, nut, and lockwasher iirc. The rubber mount is between the frame and angled bracket that mounts to it. I don't remember what size the bolt is though. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

Mine kept getting loose, even with a lock washer. It was a 1/2" DIA bolt. I replaced it with a new 1/2" - 20 grade 5 bolt and lock nut. It seems to be working fine now.
It's possible the hole can accept a larger bolt - maybe 9/16" DIA.

Probably 5 years back, the snubber assembly was still dealer available and made in USA. Give these guys a call: Lambert Auto Sales 800 639-2271 (Claremont, NH)

Which one? The one that goes between the case and the cross member (earlier) or the one between the bracket and the frame (later)

I bought the earlier one (locally) but the latter version is likely also available.

Lambert has a lot of NOS, including York seals. They are a Mopar/Jeep dealer. IMO, very good service.
