    I have the slider gear needed from the early Bronco Case (18-8-37) and the 1 ¼” center shaft D-18. The D-20 is currently mated to a Jeep/GM T400. I plan to change out the 2 adapter seals and output shaft o-ring. Is there anything I’m missing?

    Also, I should be able to twin stick the 20 without removing the pills and have independent front and rear drive (U shift pattern)? Thanks

    If you are using a factory Jeep TH-400 the 2.46-1 conversion won't work. How are you going to mount the small 6 spline 18-8-23 bull gear to the large adapter shaft?
