    Hi all.
I've got a question about the manual choke conversion on a Carter 1BBL.
There is vacuum being pulled through the choke assembly, so do I need to block the vacuum?
The black cover of the choke spring assembly is broken, so I'm planning on turning a "blank" just to blank off that part of the carburator.

What are your thoughts about this?
If someone can maybe show me a pic of their manual setup it would be much appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Okkie

I'd stick a bit of silcone and let it cure on the hole.
It's more a vacum leak if you don't.
Bettter to do a 100% J.O.B. than leave it sucking air
