quick tub question

    so im going to start rebuilding my hat channels tomorrow....quick question since mine dont exist...lets see if i can explain it...under the door opening..the lowest edge of the tub,underneath..are the hat channels level with the low side of the tub with the floor on top of the hats...so the floor will be about 3/4 inch above the lowest lip of the body..or...is the floor level with the lowest lip of the body and the hat channels below that meaning below the body lip..

    They're flush with the lip of the tub.

    Actually the ends of the factory channels are tapered so they don't stick out below the side-
