Well this build has been a long road now spanning 5 years since the day the jeep arrived as a hole ridden lawn ornament with a siezed motor.
To summarize from that day to now, basically all body panels except the front grille were garbage. In comes the new fiberglass tub, fenders, steel windshield, new glass. The inline 258 was locked up so we used the Novak kit to adapt a 81' sbc 305 to my t-18 and dana 20 driveline.

I have a used meyers hardtop in storage that needs some TLC.

Today my brother in law and dad helped me fire the motor for the first time to work out the kinks and check for any issues, which we found a few.
Below are some pictures and a link to a vid.

Progress on this build is going to come to a crawl again with the birth of my first son coming in about 2 weeks :)

But as I get working on it again I'll throw the info up for you to enjoy

Next inline is to finish all chasis work which consists of brake lines, changing the pinion angle of the D44 in the rear and ordering my new cv shaft
