   inspect your hubs for cracks in the keyway
   look for grooves where the seal rides
   do this before you seperate
   as to not waste your time and $$

   Yep. You need to observe how the key is installed. Hub goes on dry, insert key (flat end out) bevel down if key slot is up then flat washer - nut- torque to 175 lbft - cotter pin - the cap.
