I just purch a used Mil spec t-90 top cover from our fellow esteemed colleage "52m38". (awesome, thanks!!)

wow, I'm doing something wrong here. I just pulled my civvy t-90 top for swapping the rails and shifter stalk onto the salvage mil top.

On the civvy, I'm trying to remove the fulcrum ball that is fit tight to the stalk with apparently a pin to one side. Drilled the pin out I've exhausted myself trying to remove this ball off the cane, as heat and drift aint going to happen:dead horse: which render my brass drift to an appealing mushroom sculpture.

anyone possess the missing "rosetta" to this procedure.. cause after 12pm EST. my grinding wheel is having the "fulcrum" for lunch:twisted:.

Give it some time. Not everyone with that knowledge visits every hour.

Won't the mil T-90 top fit on a civvy T-90?

yes it will, I've got the civvy top and swapping it for the mil top for originality and basically a better designed top cover. (IMHO)as I'm "preserving" an M170.

yeah, my grinder's getting hungary and I want to get a good seat at the bar for the world cup ......
