74 cj-5 choke and fast idle adjustments

    hi can anyone tell me how to adjust the choke and fast idle adjustments had the carb rebuilt but choke dosn't work right in a 74 cj-5 304 mc2100 buddy mest with it now its even worse any help would be very nice thanks
