56 cj radiator

    I have a 56 cj-6 that I have crammed a chevy small block into. I have the engine mounted low in the frame , so the stock fan hits the front crossmember. Can anyone advise an electric fan and radiator that will fit? The rad will have to be mounted just above the front crossmember , and the stock grill has been trimmed and flanged to allow this.

    At least your trying to do it right. The PO buggered the radiator on mine.

    I'm looking at electric fans myself. Planning a visit to the salvage yard.
