F head and Pertronix

    Quick question for you guys, did you re-gap your plugs at all when you swapped in a petronix? I know with all my GM HEI stuff I opened them up a little? Did not know if it was kinda like the same idea.

    It would depend on the coil you're running whether or not to open up the plugs. The Pertronix is merely a trigger, and doesn't directly affect spark strength.

    Thanks Patrick, it's just a standard Int Resistor coil, guess plug gap should stay were it is. It is running fine, I was just wondering.
