ross steering box rebuild kit?

where can i find a rebuild kit for the ross steering box on a 65 cj5?

 

I don't think there's a rebuilt kit anywhere.
bearings
sector shaft
pitman arm
bushing
gasket.
i think thats it.

i rebuilt mine and it wasnt hard.
