Just got my 3" BD lift today and it came with new spring eye bushings. The ones included have the metal outer sleeve. I had already bought new poly bushings (without the sleeve) and installed them in the frame mounts. The question is: should I swap out the already installed (but unused) bushings or just leave them and use the included ones only on the lower shackle eye? Is the sleeved on e superior?
    thanks to all, as always:beer:

This will probably be a subjective issue.
IMO, leave the poly bushings installed and throw away the rubber/metal sleeve bushings. I installed new springs 2 years ago and replaced all my bushings with poly. I have no regrets and would suggest the same to anyone who wants good performance and longevity.

Keep the metal ones and use the polly ones now. if you have any problems down the road, easy to swap in the metal ones one at a time. your polly ones do have the metal sleeve in the middle right?

yes, they have the metal interior, just not the exterior one. I think I will agree and keep what I have and save the others.
    thanks again
