Not me, but I know a little about them. They used to be distributed exclusively by Redline. http://www.redlineweber.com/ They come in both a progressive model (with one barrel opening before the other) and a conventional 2V. I presume that the 32/36 means this is a progressive carb, with a 32mm primary and 36mm secondary. This is the wrong configuration if you want to use them on a V-engine with a conventional manifold, but works great for an inline or pancake design (like a VW or Corvair).

I believe these are the same design as the "Holley-Weber" used on some American cars, like the Pinto. They were also popular as hot-rod carb for VW engines, mounted on a plenum manifold.

They are popular for use on the AMC 258 as a replacement carb for the Carter BBD 2V. People that have them seem to like them.
