Ordered Novak parts

    I just ordered the full rebuild kit for my D18 from Novak! :D I am very excited to get it from the brown santa.

    I will get to paint my case after I get it cleaned(Ugh!). I'm going with the Dupli-Color 500 degree Engine Enamel with ceramic. Its gonna be Chrysler Industrial RED! Should make it easy to spot leaks.

    Speaking of leaks, what does everyone recommend for gasket sealant?

    leaks... umm i just carrying extra oils.... congrats in the rebuilt kit... don't forget PICS... :beer:

    Get some degreaser...and a bucket......let it soak for a day or 2 then just hose it off!

    Fixing leaks? I thought all jeeps leak gear lube. They mark their territory that way.........I would buy a gasket set.

    Guess I should pull out the D18 I've had sitting in the purple stuff for ohhh...coupla weeks now...

    I htink all my seals are sealed with mud. once i wash it off it i always leak.
